What Damage Can Bats Cause in My Attic?
So, you found a bat in your attic. If you are lucky, there was just the one. These are animals that usually live in large colonies, some that number in the hundreds of thousands. If you have just found the one, you should feel fortunate that you don't have dozens or maybe even hundreds there. However, maybe you have found that many. Maybe there is a large colony that has been nesting inside your attic or you have heard about this from a friend. You are dreading the potential damage that these animals could have cost, making you wonder what kind of damage bats can cause in the attic?

Let's start with the worst of it. Bats are nocturnal creatures, meaning they sleep during the day and are out hunting for food during the nighttime.
